(DISTRICT 2) . <br /> APPLICANT: CCJS Limited APN: 092-170-09 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. The 100-year Flood Elevation will be <br /> approximately 29 feet NGVD. In addition, the existing San Joaquin <br /> County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate <br /> flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being <br /> reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal <br /> Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of <br /> San Francisco, California 94219, telephone (415) 923-7186 . The <br /> reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks . The official flood <br /> maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, <br /> 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated <br /> when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Wilson Way has an existing right-of-way width of 100 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 110 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 . The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to <br /> issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .5) <br />
