To date this work plan has not been submitted. Please submit a soil remediation work plan by <br /> October 306 1992. <br /> On June 14, 1988 a groundwater kwatigatiion was initiated and consisted of the drilling of three <br /> moulmdng wells. Pursuant to Section 2552(d) of the Underground age Tank Regulations (California <br /> Code of Regulations Tide 23 Subchapter 16),quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to both <br /> PHS/EM and the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) until the <br /> investigation and cleanup is deemed adequate for closure. <br /> As per the July 17, 1992 telecommunication with PHEW), please submit docurnaetation indicating <br /> that the monitoring wells are currently dry.
