At BioLogic, we provide our clients with accurate, precise, and timely data, and pride ourselves in present- ing the data in a clear, concise format that is easy to read and understand. The laboratory, as well, must be ready to provide answers to questions that may arise concerning the kinetics of the bioremedial process. For example, Q: "Why are the nitrate levels low but have no apparent selective bacterial growth or TPH reduction?" A: `Possibly, the subsurface environment is rich in alternative carbon sources and the general (heterotrophic population) is effectively competing with the selective biodegraders for the nitrate to fulfill their own nitrogen requirements." Answering questions such as this illustrates why it is important to work with a qualified professional who under- stands the microbial process, and has the ability to interpret the data and make a determina- tion of the bioremedial trends occurring at the site. Our staff provides accurate and comprehensive data interpretations so that the client can make informative decisions during the bioremediation process. Following sample analyses, all data are double checked for accurateness by our laboratory staff prior to presentation to the client. A summary report is generated explaining the results as well as suggestions for possi- ble courses of action for the client to pursue. BioLogic sends reports to the client via facsim- ile (fax) in addition to the original copies forwarded by mail.
