The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for NATIONAL PETROLEUM MANTECA as of December 16 , 2020 . Open violations from September 21 , 2020 inspection Violation #203 - Failure to maintain monitoring , maintenance, and follow up action records . OBSERVATION : Maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years were not found on site . -Secondary containment test results (4/25/2018) -Overfill prevention test results ( 12/18/2018 and 6/11 /2019) REGULATION GUIDANCE : These records shall be maintained on site for at least three years . Monitoring records include : ( 1 ) date and time of all monitoring or sampling ; (2) monitoring equipment calibration and maintenance records ; (3) results of any visual observations ; (4) results of sample analysis performed a lab or in the field ; (5) logs of all readings of gauges or other monitoring equipment, ground water elevations , or other test results ; (6) results of inventory readings and reconciliations . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately locate and maintain all missing maintenance and monitoring records for the last three years on site and submit copies to the EHD . This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : ❑ Supporting documents included Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : We were not operating this site back in 2018 . We had to evict previous tenant for non payment and got pussesion through court in August 2019 . for this reason , we never received any documents or test results at the site but I was able to reach afforda test and able to secure those past results and put them on site and emailed to Shewit on 12/ 17 . Violation #207 - DO monthly reports not maintained on site for 12 months or for 36 months (after October 1 , 2018) . OBSERVATION : The 2/7/2020, 3/6/20201 6/3/20201 6/30/2020 and 9/20/2020 designated operator inspection reports were not found on site . Alarm histories for the missing reports were found in the designated operator binder. REGULATION GUIDANCE : Designated operator inspection reports prior to October 1 , 2018 shall be retained on site for twelve months . Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1 , 2018 shall be retained on site for thirty-six months . CORRECTIVE ACTION : Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit copies of the missing reports to the EHD . We have no records before this date as we got site by evicting tenant through court order. We keep all D . O . inspection reports from Sep 2019 onward at site for 3 years .
