i <br /> KLEINFELDER <br /> Z BACKGROUND <br /> i <br /> On September 6, 1988, Mark III Engineering Contractors retained Kleirdelder to perform <br /> a PSA of approximately 139 acres of property located southeast of the intersection of Grant <br /> Line Road' and MacArthur Drive in Tracy, California, referred to throughout this <br /> assessment report as the subject site. The property is known as the Stonebridge Industrial <br /> Park. The subject site was historically used for agriculture and is currently vacant land, <br /> with the exception of the former Mobil Oil Bulk Plant located in the northwest comer of <br /> the subject site. A site location map is included in Appendix A as Plate 1. <br /> Site assessment activities included a review of available and accessible city, county, and <br /> state agency records, a review of historical aerial photoerdDhs, and a site visit. <br /> A description of the assessment activities and the respective results are presented in this <br /> report_ <br /> I <br /> 137-88-1694 .4 <br />
