Winston#18 3 <br /> ' Stockton,CA <br /> August 8,2002 <br /> 8.0 PHASE I CONCLUSIONS <br /> ' SECOR has performed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, in conformance with the scope of The <br /> Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Combined Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessment <br /> Specification, for Winston Tire Store ##183, located at I648 East Hammer Lane, in Stockton, San Joaquin <br /> County, California. <br /> The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment did not identify evidence of any recognized environmental <br /> conditions in connection with the Site except for the following: <br /> An OWS was noted along the southern wall of the Site building. The OWS receives wastewater <br /> ' from floor drains and,in turn,discharges to the municipal sanitary sewer.
