CA <br /> Fourth Annual Five-Year Review Update Recommendations March 2011 <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed the <br /> annual five-year review update letter dated 03 March 2011 from Kirk Larson of the State Water <br /> Quality Control Board (SWQCB) Cleanup Fund (CUF) for the above-referenced site. The CUF <br /> recommended that the EHD direct the responsible party (RP) to begin active remediation to <br /> achieve water quality objectives (WQOs) in a timely manner. <br /> By letter dated 17 March 2011, the EHD commented on a corrective action plan recommending <br /> insitu chemical oxidation (ISCO) as the preferred methodology for addressing the target <br /> contaminants in the subsurface at the site Following a 30-day public participation comment <br /> period the EHD will issue an approval of the CAP if no negative comments were received from <br /> the public.
