In addition, the Company will conduct testing randomly throughout <br /> all facilities. This testing will include attempts to enter facilities outside of <br /> the above-outlined procedures. The Company will remain constantly alert for <br /> any sign of employees who are willing to violate these procedures or for any <br /> flaws in the Company security protocols should unauthorized visitors into <br /> one of our facilities. <br /> 9.12 Waste Products/By-Products Disposal <br /> The Company is aware that throughout the process of growing cannabis there is a <br /> certain amount of waste product that will be created. All waste products will be <br /> logged in the management system. Even though it is believed that the majority of <br /> the waste product (plant root ball, extracted marijuana plant material and stems, <br /> etc.) produced has no THC or other cannabinoids of significance remaining, the <br /> Company will treat all such byproducts with extreme care and diligence. <br /> a.) All waste plant material will be visually inspected and then rendered harmless by <br /> designated personnel before it is loaded into waste disposal containers. The em- <br /> ployee will make a log entry regarding that inspection. <br /> b.) All waste containers will be maintained within the secure facility, and will be <br /> equipped with locks and tamper resistant seals until they are removed by an au- <br /> thorized waste disposal company. <br /> 9.13 Security Surveillance <br /> The Company will monitor all activities in and around the facilities in real-time. <br /> Access to the surveillance videos will be at an undisclosed location, location of <br /> which will be established concurrently with local law enforcement and greenhouse <br /> grower authority; accessibility limited to authorized personnel only, as indicated <br /> below: <br /> • persons who are essential to surveillance operations <br /> • Law enforcement authorities acting within their lawful jurisdiction <br /> • Security system service personnel—A current list of all authorized providers will <br /> be maintained, and updated on a regular basis <br /> • The current list of authorized employees and service personnel who have access <br /> to surveillance is available to appropriate authorities upon request. <br /> Page 37 1 54 <br />
