NRC E tv Lty : Fund 1 <br /> 9.13.1 Video Equipment Maintenance <br /> The Company schedules and oversees the required maintenance of all <br /> security equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. <br /> Should any equipment be found defective, it must be corrected immediately. <br /> All security equipment will be maintained in good working order and will be <br /> inspected and tested at regular intervals, not to exceed 30 calendar days from <br /> the previous inspection and testing <br /> 9.13.2 Annual Security Audit <br /> The Company will ensure that a security system audit by an approved <br /> independent vendor is conducted on an annual basis. If the audit identifies <br /> security issues related to the Company security system, the Security Director <br /> must submit a plan to mitigate those issues within 10 business days of <br /> receiving the audit findings. <br /> 9.14 Reporting Required <br /> Employees, contractors and third party consultants, if any, are required to <br /> immediately report any of the following incidents to the Company: <br /> • Any alarm activation or other event that requires response by law enforcement or <br /> security personnel <br /> • The failure of any security alarm system due to a loss of power or mechanical <br /> failure that is expected to last longer than four hours <br /> • Inconsistencies identified during inventory or any diversion, theft,loss or crimi- <br /> nal activity suspected at the cultivation facility <br /> • Unapproved destruction of marijuana,whether accidental or otherwise <br /> • Any loss or improper alteration of records related to medical marijuana cultiva- <br /> tion or transportation, including personnel records <br /> • Any other breach of security, suspected or actual <br /> 9.15 Access Control Plan <br /> All means of access control (keys, alarm codes, access control cards, etc.) in any the <br /> facility will be strictly controlled and monitored to ensure that no unauthorized <br /> persons may enter our facility. The Company has established multiple layers of <br /> security to prevent any and all breaches, including closed circuit television, access <br /> control readers, alarm systems, etc. Employees who are issued access control <br /> credentials in order to enter the facility will be limited to areas that they are <br /> required to access based on their job description and level of access granted by the <br /> Company. <br /> Page 38154 <br />
