NRC Equity Fund 1 <br /> 9.16 Facility Access And Limited Access Are <br /> The Company has developed a comprehensive policy regarding all Identification <br /> Badges and Visitor Policies, which aim to prevent unauthorized access to any the <br /> Company facility. The security measures outlined in this document will ensure an <br /> environment that effectively precludes unauthorized access to any the Company <br /> marijuana facility. The policy clearly defines the employees, contractors and visitors <br /> who will have authorized access to individual facilities as well as designated limited <br /> access areas. <br /> The security measures outlined in this document have been put in place to protect <br /> all employees and facilities from potential harm, both physically and financially. The <br /> Company has identified specific personnel who are authorized to distribute <br /> permanent and temporary identification badges, along with the stringent process <br /> they must adhere to in doing so. Identification badges are assigned based on <br /> category of employees, vendors, contractors and visitors. Identification badges are <br /> further restricted based on necessary areas of access, with different levels of access <br /> clearly defined for ease of identification by employees and security personnel. The <br /> policy clearly defines provisions for displaying identification badges and the <br /> handling of lost or stolen badges. Under the policy, the specific person to whom <br /> identification badges are issued is responsible for the security and safekeeping of <br /> this identification. <br /> Only authorized visitors will be allowed access to the Company facilities. All <br /> instances of visitors at any the Company facility will be recorded at all times. All <br /> outside vendors, contractors, and visitors must obtain permission to enter the <br /> facility 24 hours prior to arrival and, upon arrival, will be issued an identification <br /> badge prior to entering the facility. Authorized visitors will be escorted at all times <br /> by a designated Company employee.
