• Large-scale Accessory Winery Events: <br /> - A maximum of 40 Large-scale Accessory Winery Events are permitted annually. <br /> - Each event shall have a maximum attendance of 300 people. <br /> - Large-scale Accessory Winery Events shall end by 10:00 p-m_ (Development Title Section <br /> 9-1075.9[j])_ <br /> Outdoor amplified sound is permitted at Large-scale Accessory Winery Events between <br /> the hours of 10:00 a-m. and 9:00 p-m. Sunday through Thursday, and between the hours <br /> of 10:00 a_m_ and 10:00 p.m. Friday and Saturday with this approval. <br /> • Wine Release Events: <br /> - A maximum of 4 Wine Release Events are permitted annually_ <br /> - Each event shall have a maximum attendance of 300 attendees at any given time. <br /> Wine Release Events shall end by 10:00 p.m. (Development Title Section 9-1075.9[j]). <br /> Outdoor amplified sound is permitted at Wine Release Events between the hours of 10:00 <br /> a.m_ and 10:00 p.m_with this approval. <br /> d_ OUTDOOR AMPLIFIED SOUND:Outdoor amplified sound must observe the following noise limits at <br /> the corresponding locations: <br /> Multipurpose Building: <br /> - Daytime sound system output shall not exceed 77 dBA Ley and 97 dBA L,.,ax at a distance <br /> of 50 feet from the sound system speakers_ This assumes the sound system is places on <br /> the south side of the Multipurpose building facing directly south. <br /> • Tasting Room: <br /> - Daytime sound system output shall not exceed 75 dBA Leq and 95 dBA L.,,a: at a distance <br /> of 50 feet from the sound system speakers. This assumes the sound system is places on <br /> the south side of the Tasting Room facing towards the southwest. <br /> • Production Building: <br /> - Daytime sound system output shall not exceed 82 dBA Leq and 102 dBA L,,,—at a distance <br /> of 50 feet from the sound system speakers. This assumes the sound system is places on <br /> the south side of the Tasting Room facing directly north. <br /> No nighttime (10:00 p.m_to 7:00 a.m.) operation shall occur. <br /> e. MARKETING CALENDAR: A Marketing Calendar shall be filed with the Community Development <br /> Department and updated as required for any winery or off-site wine cellars and be available prior to <br /> commencing Marketing Events,Industry Events,Wine Release Events and Large-scale or Small-scale <br /> Accessory Winery Events. <br /> f_ PRODUCTION CAPACITY:A small winery shall have a minimum production capacity of 201 gallons <br /> of wine per year and a maximum production capacity of 36,000 gallons of wine per year.(Development <br /> Title Section 9-1075.5[a]) <br /> g_ TASTING ROOM: The maximum size of a stand-alone wine tasting room or structure, or area <br /> designated for wine tasting within a multipurpose building at an on-site wine cellar, shall not exceed <br /> 30% of the area designated for production facilities or 2,000 square-feet, whichever is greater. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1075.6[n][11) <br /> h_ CAPITAL FACILITY FEE:This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee.
