(CDM) on August 25, 1988. <br /> 1. Need to supply an updated map showing all of the wells and borings. <br /> A map is attached. <br /> 2. Need a copy of the Groundwater Monitoring Plan dated June 9, 1986. <br /> A copy of the monitoring plan is attached. <br /> 3. Need a copy of the written authorization from the CRWQCB. <br /> A copy of a letter from the CRWQCB dated February 23, 1988 is <br /> attached. <br /> 4. The Phase II RI Report doesn't describe the soil sampling and analysis <br /> protocols. <br /> The soil samples were collected using a split spoon sampler. The <br /> samples were placed in glass jars and screened with a HNu Photoionic <br /> Vapor Analyzer. Selected samples were sent to the laboratory for <br /> analysis using EPA Method 8010. <br /> 5. Information on the water analytical method needs to be provided. <br /> All water samples are analyzed by EPA Method 601. <br /> 6. A description of the soil handling method needs to be provided. <br /> All drill cuttings are transported from the drill sites back to the <br /> Nestle Facility and spread out over an area for aeration. <br />
