All tanks used <br /> to store oil-based products are housed in an appropriate secondary containment <br /> structure capable of handling the largest tank volume plus rainfall (assumed 110% <br /> of maximum tank volume). The following table discusses the type, construction, <br /> and containment volume for secondary containment structures for each tank/ or <br /> storage area. <br />
