This <br /> letter requests additional information necessary to complete the RWD. <br /> As described in the enclosure, the water balance in the RWD addendum was not prepared <br /> consistent with the Regional Board's requirements regarding rainfall data. An evaluation of the <br /> land application system is not possible until the water balance is consistent with the <br /> requirements. Other information which clarifies the previously submitted information is also <br /> requested. <br /> Please submit the RWD addendum by 6 November 2000.
