Main St. Manteca: <br /> We plan to install the Healy Phase II EVR and Incon ISD system. The Authority to Construct from San <br /> Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District, N-1159-1-3, has been received fro this work. <br /> Further, we plan to replace one UDC and both fueling dispensers. We are replacing the UDC because we <br /> plan to connect to the existing diesel product line adjacent to the dispenser that currently has diesel and run <br /> a new doublewall Smith pipeline to the second dispenser location. After the construction both dispensers will <br /> dispense diesel. <br /> The new UDC will be Bravo model # B-9000-B-EO. We will use the Smith Fibercast FRP entry fittings for the <br /> product and vapor lines. <br /> Soil samples will be taken at the direction of you by Sparger Technology, Ray James (owner). <br /> The work scope as presented to the owner: <br /> Mr. Mangat: <br /> The following represents our cost for the work to upgrade and change the fueling system at your Express <br /> Market in Manteca.- <br /> We <br /> anteca:We will: <br /> • Provide drawings for petroleum system construction and Health Department, Air Pollution <br /> Department, and Building Department electrical permit fees (no Planning Department fees are <br /> covered in this bid) <br /> • Remove and properly dispose of the existing dispensers <br /> • Cut, remove, and dispose of the concrete on and adjacent to the existing dispenser island that does <br /> not have diesel <br /> • Remove and dispose of the existing under dispenser containment pan <br /> • Hand dig a trench from the existing diesel product line location in front of the existing dispenser to the <br /> other dispenser location <br /> • Provide for soil samples and lab analysis in the piping trench and under the dispenser, as required by <br /> the Health Department <br /> • Install the owner supplied, new Under Dispenser Containment pan <br /> • Re-work the existing diesel product pipe to the other dispenser location <br />
