h) LAND USE <br /> 1. The current use of the property is entirely agricultural and upon <br /> completion of sand removal will remain to agricultural use. All slopes <br /> are in the one foot range with a 3:1 slope. All slopes will conform <br /> with the surrounding topography. <br /> i) AESTHETICS <br /> The surrounding area is a mixture of small and medium sized ranches <br /> with little or scattered residents. The area to be reclaimed will blend into the <br /> existing fields on all sides of the ranch. <br /> DISCRIPTION OF PROPOSED MINING OPERATION <br /> a) Map of Proposed Mining Operatio9n <br /> Details of the proposed excavation to be done in two phrases as shown <br /> on attached map noted as Reclamation Plan. (Attachment "A". <br /> b) ESTIMATED PRODUCTION SCHEDULE <br /> Removal of sand deposit and reclamation to take four years. The <br /> expected amount to be annually is 44,125 cubic yards. Total 176,500 cubic <br /> yards to be removal. <br /> 2024. The expected start date is May 9, 2020 with completion of May 9, <br /> c) The removal of the sand will be on a year round basis except for poor <br /> or bad winter conditions with the majority of the sand being removed <br /> during the spring to winter period. Upon approval of permit of sandy <br /> dirt and total reclamation should be completed within four years. <br /> Mining to be done in two phases. <br />
