Costs associated with the management of <br /> investigation-derived wastes generated during this investigation, if any, are not included in <br /> this proposal. <br /> Task 4—Reporting <br /> Upon completion of the laboratory analyses, SECOR will provide three color copies of our final <br /> report, The report will document the Phase II ESA scope of work, findings, overview of applicable <br /> regulatory framework, conclusions, and recommendations. Appendices to the report will include the <br /> findings of the geophysical survey, a site plan showing borehole locations, borehole logs (with PID <br /> readings), and the laboratory analytical report. <br /> PROJECT FEES <br /> SECOR's proposed fee for the above-described scope of work is $9,178, to be billed on a time-and- <br /> materials basis in accordance with the Contract for Professional Services between SECOR and <br /> General Electric Capital Corporation (#1531) dated May 1, 1994. A breakdown of the proposed fee <br /> is presented in the following table. The proposed fee is based on completion of the geophysical <br /> survey in one day, Geoprobe work in one day; a 24-hour laboratory turnaround time; the <br /> understanding that SECOR's access to the subject property is not limited; and on the project <br /> conditions and scope of work as described in this proposal. <br /> PROJECT FEE BREAKDOWN <br /> Description Estimated Fee <br /> SECOR Labor and Expenses $4,000 <br /> County Permitting Costs $368 <br /> Geophysical Survey Subcontractor $2,000 <br /> Geoprobe Subcontractor $2,000 <br /> Analytical Laboratory Subcontractor $810 <br /> Total for Project $9,178 <br /> Variations in the site description, scope of work, project assumptions (Attached), or project schedule <br /> as defined herein may require modification of the fee, project schedule and/or the respective report <br /> contents. Should these conditions be modified during the implementation of this project, no changes <br /> in the scope of work or fees will be incurred without prior authorization from the client. <br /> SUBSURFACE INVESTIGATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT <br /> Due to uncertainties regarding the location of underground manmade structures (underground <br /> storage tanks, septic systems, utilities, etc.), SECOR cannot represent or guarantee that damage, <br /> injury, or pollution from adverse impacts to previously unknown underground manmade structures <br /> will not result.
