This Phase I will include a search of records in an attempt <br /> to find the first historical use of the property to identify any possible contaminants of <br /> concern. <br /> 2.2 Scope of Work <br /> The scope of work performed to develop the information contained in this Phase I <br /> Environmental report includes: <br /> 1. Collecting available information concerning the property as it pertains to: <br /> a. Past land use <br /> b. Past owners <br /> C. Location of buried storage tanks, hazardous waste storage, <br /> wastewater treatment facilities and/or on-site landfills, etc. <br /> d. Types of chemicals used on-site past and present <br /> e. Geologic and hydrogeologic features <br /> f. Past geotechnical investigations (if available) <br /> g. Other data pertinent to the specific site <br /> 2. Conducting a site visit to: <br /> a. Identify vegetative features <br /> b. Assess physical features <br /> C. Observe adjacent land use <br /> e. Gather evidence of indiscriminate and/or illegal waste disposal <br /> 3. Conducting a review of regulatory agencies' records to: <br /> a. Review applicable State and Local regulations <br /> b. Contact appropriate regulatory personnel <br /> C. Review regulatory files regarding the property in question <br /> 4. Preparing the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Report, including <br /> assembling supporting documentation. <br /> 5. Make recommendations for a Phase II Environâșnental Site Assessment if <br /> necessary. <br /> 2.3 Significant Assumptions <br /> No significant assumptions were made in the course of this assessment. <br /> 2.4 Limitations and Exceptions <br /> This report was compiled as a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the subject <br /> project. This report contains information and data provided to Aperio Inc. by several <br /> sources.
