C. Is, or contains in quantities equal to or greater than one percent by volume <br />or weight, a regulated material (SARA, RCRA, TSCA, CA -OSHA, CCR). <br />3.3 Hazardous Waste <br />A hazardous waste is any of the following: <br />A. Any used hazardous substance (i.e., Rust Arrest Solution, Brake Fluids); <br />B. Any un -used hazardous substance which can not be used in the original <br />manner intended (old or outdated un -used hazardous substances); <br />C. Any hazardous substance which is to be dispose; or <br />D. Any non -hazardous substance or material that has been contaminated with <br />a hazardous substance or hazardous waste (i.e., soil or adsorbents <br />contaminated with used oils, solvents, etc). <br />3.4 Hazardous Material <br />A hazardous material is any material that, because of its quantity, concentration, or <br />physical or chemical characteristics, poses a significant present or potential hazard <br />to human health and safety or the environment. Hazardous materials include, but <br />are not limited to: <br />A. Hazardous substances; and <br />B.
