4.2.4 40 CFR 261: Identification And Listing of a hazardous waste <br />4.2.5 40 CFR 262: Standards Applicable to Generators of Hazardous Waste <br />5.0 RESPONSIBILITIES <br />5.1 Managers <br />QBR's managers are responsible for the following: <br />a. Familiarize themselves with the ES&H Program and ensure its effective <br />implementation; <br />b. Evaluate, assess and be aware of all environmental, health and safety <br />impacts when considering and/or introducing new processes or equipment <br />into the work place; and <br />C. Review and approve the recommendations, conclusions and findings of <br />QBR's ES&H Committee <br />5.2 Supervisors <br />QBR's supervisors are responsible for the following: <br />a. Familiarize themselves with QBR's EH&S policies, procedures and <br />programs; <br />b. Conduct monthly EH&S departmental meeting and provide employee <br />EH&S training; <br />C. Document and report employee work related injuries and illness and take <br />all necessary actions to insure that work related injuries and illnesses are <br />treated as soon as possible; and <br />d. Routinely inspect work areas/stations to identify, document and initiate <br />corrective action to unsafe conditions and work practices. <br />5.3 Employees <br />Each QBR employee is responsible for the following: <br />a. Adhere to all QBR ES&H rules, procedures and policies; <br />b. Use appropriate safety equipment as deemed necessary; <br />Draft HMMP <br />March, 2000 <br />HMMP-4 <br />
