following tasks are accomplished prior to the accumulation of any new <br />wastestream, in any amount, on-site at the QBR facility: <br />1. Identify, profile and classify the new wastestream in accordance with <br />QBR's Hazardous Waste Management Plan; and <br />2. Establish and implement proper hazardous waste management <br />procedure(s) for the new wastestream (i.e., labeling, storage, disposal, <br />etc.) in accordance with the wastestream's profile reference sheet. <br />6.7.7. The chemical material may be approved for receipt by the QBR facility under the <br />following conditions: <br />1. The chemical material is not a hazardous substance AND WILL NOT <br />contribute to an existing hazardous wastestream or create a new <br />hazardous wastestream, or <br />2. If classified as a hazardous substance and/or hazardous waste, can <br />comply to, and be managed in accordance with QBR's HSMP and HWMP; <br />and <br />3. The chemical material review packet is reviewed and dispositioned by the <br />Plant Manager. <br />6.7.8. All chemical materials approved for receipt by the QBR facility, in accordance <br />with this Plan, will be listed on the facility's Approved Chemical Material List <br />which will provide the following information: <br />1. Material name (product and chemical); <br />2. Facility assigned MSDS identification number; <br />3. The material's MSDS current issue date; and <br />4. Designation(s), if applicable: <br />a. Hazardous Substance <br />b. AHM <br />5. QBR assigned wastestream identification number, if applicable <br />6. Any special material or waste management requirements (i.e., reporting, <br />handling, labeling, storage, disposal etc.). <br />The facility's EE or designee will, on a annual basis, review the facility's <br />Approved Chemical Material List and update, where appropriate, the following: <br />Draft HMMP <br />March, 2000 HMMP-13 <br />
