1. Any MSDS with an issue date of one (1) year or older; and <br />2. The in -use status of each listed material. <br />7.0 MANAGEMENT OF HAZARDOUS WASTES <br />7.1 Hazardous Waste Determination <br />Any QBR Stockton waste will be determined to be a hazardous waste if it meets <br />any of the following criteria: <br />1. The waste contains a QBR Stockton approved hazardous chemical <br />material as defined in the QBR Stockton Hazardous Substances <br />Management Plan, and/or <br />2. The waste meets the hazardous waste criteria outlined in Appendix I: <br />Hazardous Waste Characterization. <br />7.2 Identification and Classification of a Hazardous Wastestream <br />7.2.1. The QBR Stockton facility Hazardous Waste Management Plan is to be <br />implemented in conjunction with the QBR Hazardous Substances Management <br />Program (HSMP). <br />7.2.2. There shall be no generation and/or accumulation, at the QBR Stockton Facility, <br />of any hazardous waste resulting from routine (intermittent and continuous) QBR <br />Stockton facility activities or operations which have not been approved and listed <br />on the QBR Stockton Facility's Approved Hazardous Wastestream (AHW) List in <br />accordance with the provisions of this procedure. <br />7.2.3 Hazardous waste resulting from emergency and/or unanticipated one-time <br />activities will be management as follows: <br />1. At the time of discovery the waste will be placed in appropriate waste <br />containers in accordance with this Plan; <br />2. The containers will be labeled in accordance with the provisions of this <br />Plan to the extent known at the time of discovery, including: <br />a. Waste identification; <br />b. Hazard classification; <br />c. Accumulation start date (Date of Discovery); and <br />d. End Date (90 days after accumulation start date). <br />3.
