"WASTE ANALYSIS/CLASSIFICATION IN PROCESS" <br />4. The waste will be stored in accordance with the provisions of this Plan <br />BUT separated from other stored hazardous waste until the waste has <br />been classified. <br />5. The waste will be classified in accordance with the provisions of this Plan <br />within 60 days of discovery. <br />6. The waste MUST BE SHIPPED off-site for treatment and/or disposal <br />within 90 days from the date of discovery. <br />7.2.4. No QBR employee or vender shall bring on-site any waste, hazardous or <br />nonhazardous, which is not directly a result of QBR Stockton facility activities or <br />operations. <br />7.2.5. QBR's Production Manager will serve as the facility's Environmental Engineer <br />(EE). The EE shall be responsible for insuring, prior to the generation and/or <br />accumulation, in any amount, of a new or unlisted wastestream, that the <br />wastestream is identified, profiled and classified in accordance with Title 22, <br />Division 4.5 of the California Code of Regulations. <br />7.2.6 Prior to any QBR Stockton facility department or operation generating a new or <br />unlisted hazardous wastestream, the department manager/supervisor shall <br />formally request review and approval from the facility's EE to generate the <br />hazardous wastestream. The requesting department's manager/supervisor shall <br />submit to the EE, or designee, a Hazardous Wastestream Generation Review <br />and Approval Form (reference Appendix II) and shall provide the following <br />information and/or documentation: <br />1. Department identification/function (i.e., Maintenance, Production, etc.); <br />2. A narrative description of the process/operation generating the hazardous <br />wastestream, (i.e., plating, assembly, machining, etc.); <br />3. The facility assigned MSDS number for each approved raw material used <br />in the process/operation; <br />4. A description of the type of waste to be generated, including: <br />a. Physical form (i.e., liquid, solid, sludge, gaseous, mixture); and <br />b. Amount generated per process/operation run and anticipated <br />minimum and maximum amounts generated in any 90 -day period. <br />Draft HMMP <br />March, 2000 HMMP-15 <br />
