I. Oily wastes; <br />ii. Empty chemical material containers (drums, bags, cans, bottles); <br />iii. Pressurized containers and cylinders; and <br />iv. Recyclable hazardous wastes. <br />C. As an Extremely hazardous (EH) waste as defined by 22 CCR 66720. <br />7.2.8 No EH wastestream shall be generated and/or accumulated at the QBR Stockton <br />facility until all of the following have been accomplished: <br />a. The requirements of this procedure have been met; <br />b. A Risk Management Program has been developed in accordance with <br />Article 2, Chapter 6.95 of the California Health and Safety Code; and <br />7.2.9. Once the EE has completed the Wastestream Profile Evaluation Form and has <br />determined that the wastestream can be properly managed at the QBR Stockton <br />Facility, the EE will do the following: <br />a. Issue a unique wastestream identification number which will be used to <br />identify the wastestream for reporting, tracking and manifesting <br />requirements; and <br />b. Upon issuance of an approved wastestream identification number, QBR <br />EE will provide the completed and approved Wastestream Profile <br />Reference Sheet which will list proper hazardous waste management <br />requirements (packaging, labeling, storage and shipping) specific to that <br />wastestream. <br />7.2.10 Upon issuance of the completed and approved Hazardous Wastestream Profile <br />Reference Sheet, the facility's EE will do the following: <br />a. List the approved wastestream on the facility's AHW List, <br />b. Provide copies of the Wastestream Profile Reference sheet to: <br />I. The facility's Manager; and <br />ii. The originating requestor. <br />C. Establish and implement proper waste management practices as detailed <br />by this Plan and the Wastestream's Profile Reference Sheet. <br />7.3 Issuance and Tracking of Active (In -Use) Hazardous Waste Containers <br />7.3.1. No container, of any type, shall be used to accumulate and/or store a facility <br />approved hazardous wastestream unless the container has been approved for <br />use by the QBR Stockton facility's Hazardous Waste Manager and/or Hazardous <br />Draft HMMP <br />March, 2000 HMMP-17 <br />
