Waste Coordinator and issued in accordance with the provisions of this <br />procedure. <br />7.3.2. No hazardous waste container will be used to store any hazardous waste which <br />is not specifically listed on the container's Hazardous Waste Label. <br />7.3.3 No QBR Stockton employee, or vender representative, shall accumulate and/or <br />store hazardous waste in an approved storage container beyond the "END <br />DATE" listed on the container's Hazardous Waste Label. Nor will any facility <br />employee or vender fill an approved hazardous waste storage container beyond <br />the container's capacity. <br />7.3.4 Any facility employee or vender requiring a container for the accumulation and/or <br />storage of an approved hazardous wastestream shall request issuance of an <br />approved storage container from the facility's EE. <br />7.3.4 The QBR Stockton facility's EE shall be responsible for issuing and tracking all <br />active (in -use) hazardous waste containers and for insuring that all hazardous <br />waste containers are properly identified and labeled in accordance with the <br />provisions of this procedure prior to issuance. <br />7.3.5 Upon receipt of containers intended for storage of hazardous wastes, the EE will <br />do the following: <br />1. Inspect the container and verify that the container is: <br />a. New and/or unused; <br />b. Clean; <br />C. Dry; and <br />d. Structurally sound and intact (i.e., no dents, punctures, corrosion, <br />etc.). <br />2. Any container that does not meet any of the preceding criteria can not be <br />used to store hazardous materials and/or hazardous wastes and will be <br />marked accordingly. <br />7.3.6 Any hazardous waste storage container which meets all the preceding criteria <br />will be issued a container identification number. This number, in conjunction with <br />the wastestream identification number, will be used to identify, track and <br />inventory the generation and storage of the facility's hazardous waste. <br />7.3.6 The container identification number will be permanently and clearly marked on <br />the top of the container and on one side of the container. <br />7.3.7 Prior to the issuance of a hazardous waste storage container, the facility's EE <br />will: <br />Draft HMMP <br />March, 2000 HMMP-18 <br />
