hazardous waste storage containers. <br />7.6.2 The facility EE will inspect and inventory all active (In -use) hazardous waste <br />storage containers and all filled hazardous waste storage containers which are in <br />the process of being staged for manifesting off-site for disposal. <br />7.6.3 The EE will inspect each designated hazardous waste storage area/unit and <br />verify that the area/unit is being managed and maintained in accordance with the <br />provision of this plan and Title 22, Division 4.5 of the California Code of <br />Regulations, including: <br />1. AREA: <br />a. Signs posted and readable <br />b. Adequate aisle space <br />C. Waste segregated from other materials <br />d. Incompatible wastes segregated from one another <br />e. Good housekeeping <br />f. No spillage or leakage <br />2. CONTAINERS: <br />a. Not damaged, bulging or badly rusted <br />b. No leakage <br />C. Clean, no contamination <br />d. No liquid on lids <br />e. Labels complete and visible <br />f. Properly and securely closed <br />g. All stored less than 90 days <br />3. SECONDARY CONTAINMENT <br />a. In place and with adequate capacity <br />b. Intact, clean, and dry <br />4. EMERGENCY RESPONSE EQUIPMENT <br />a. All spill control and personnel protective equipment available and in <br />usable condition <br />b. For flammable storage, fire extinguishers or sprinkler present and tested <br />5.
