a. No storage of hazardous waste and/or unidentified material or waste other <br />than in designated hazardous waste storage areas/units. <br />7.6.4 The EE will document the weekly inspection findings on the QBR Stockton <br />Hazardous Waste Storage Inspection form (Appendix VI) including any <br />noncompliance issues discovered. <br />7.6.5 It shall be the responsibility of the facility's EE to document and implement, in a <br />timely manner, corrective action for any hazardous waste management <br />non-compliance discovered. At a minimum, corrective action must be initiated <br />within three days of discovery. <br />7.6.6 It shall be the responsibility of the EE to inventory all active and/or filled and <br />staged hazardous waste storage containers at the QBR Stockton facility. <br />7.6.7 The EE shall, on a monthly basis at a minimum, inventory all in -use and/or <br />staged hazardous waste containers. Using the QBR Stockton facility's <br />Hazardous Waste Storage Container Inventory Form (Appendix VII), provide the <br />following information for any active or staged hazardous waste container: <br />1. Container I.D. Number <br />2. Wastestream I.D. Number <br />3. Start Date <br />4. End Date <br />5. Location <br />6. Approximate accumulated amount (volume or weight) <br />7.6.8. It shall be the responsibility of the EE to correlate the Hazardous Waste Storage <br />Container Inventory data with the Hazardous Waste Storage Container Log and <br />insure that all containers in inventory have been processed, issued and logged in <br />accordance with Section III of this plan. <br />7.6.9 It shall be the responsibility of the EE or designee to review the Inventory Data <br />and do the following: <br />1. Insure that all hazardous waste storage containers (active and/or staged) <br />in inventory have not exceeded the container's "END DATE". In the event <br />that a hazardous waste storage container has exceeded the allowed 90 <br />day on-site storage period, the container will immediately, and as soon as <br />practicable, be manifested and shipped off site for disposal. IN ANY <br />EVENT, THE CONTAINER WILL BE MANIFESTED AND SHIPPED FOR <br />DISPOSAL OFF-SITE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DISCOVERY. <br />2. Remove from service and replace any active hazardous waste container <br />which is either 90 percent full or is within two weeks of the container <br />"End Date". <br />Draft HMMP <br />March, 2000 HMMP-25 <br />
