QBR's Plant Management, or the designated representative, is <br />responsible for insuring that all listed response equipment is in good <br />condition, operatible and available at the listed location in sufficient <br />quantity to adequately control and clean-up a Level 1 release incident. <br />8.5 Evacuation Protocol <br />1. In the event that a Level 2 or Level 3 emergency incident response is <br />declared by the EC the following evacuation protocol shall be followed: <br />8.5.1 Facility/Site Evacuation <br />1. Upon notification from the EC to evacuate, site facility personnel, contractors <br />and site visitors shall immediately do the following: <br />a. Evacuate the work site in accordance with QBR's Site and Evacuation <br />Draft HMMP <br />March, 2000 HMMP-37 <br />
