following BMPs shall be implemented and maintained: <br />a. Routinely inspect and clean out all stormwater discharge points, drains <br />and catch basins; <br />b. Control litter and dusts by sweeping and/or machine srubbing all <br />paved work areas and picking up litter, at least weekly; <br />C. Use "dry" cleaning methods (sweep rather than hose down) or <br />machine scrubbing to clean shop floors, materials processing and <br />storage areas, access roads and parking lots; <br />d. Use of secondary containment measures for hazardous waste <br />storage areas and wash waters staging areas; <br />e. Trash, debris and other non-hazardous/non-regulated wastes shall be <br />stored in covered bins or drums; and <br />f. Clean up spills immediately to minimize safety hazards and deter <br />spreading. <br />X Maintenance and cleaning of outside impervious surfaces: Impervious <br />(paved, concreted or otherwise Asealed-) surfaces shall be kept free of <br />contaminates that are generated or accumulated at the site (i.e., process <br />areas, dumpster areas, etc.), including implementation of the following: <br />a. Keep outside areas (dumpsters, work areas, storage areas, shipping <br />and receiving areas, etc.) free of trash and debris. Control litter by <br />sweeping and picking up trash on a daily basis; <br />b. Use "dry" cleaning methods (sweeping, vacuuming, machine <br />scrubbing, etc.) on outside impervious surface such as work areas, <br />storage areas, and shipping & receiving areas and dispose of waste <br />properly in a covered trash bin or drum; <br />C.
