DRAFT <br />d. Clean up spills immediately to minimize safety hazards and deter <br />spreading; <br />e. Never discharge wash water to the storm drains or at the site=s <br />discharge locations. All wash waters generated at the site must be <br />collected and contained for proper disposal and/or recycling and <br />reuse; <br />f. Properly contain and dispose of cleanup materials (rags, towels, <br />absorbent materials, etc.); <br />X Vehicle and equipment fueling: Currently, the only vehicle fueling <br />conducted at QBR's Stockton site is limited to filling and changing out <br />propane tanks on the facility's forklifts. Fueling of vehicles and equipment <br />shall be done in such a manner as to avoid contributing pollutants to the <br />site=s stormwater runoff, including implementation of the following: <br />a Onsite fueling areas shall be paved. All spills and leaks must be <br />collected and contained to prevent discharge to the site's stormwater <br />convayence system; <br />b. Onsite fueling areas shall be inspected after each use. Any spills, <br />leaks or accumulated liquids shall be cleaned up immediately. <br />Absorbent materials shall be used to clean up spills and leaks; <br />C. At least daily, each onsite fueling area will be inspected and all trash, <br />debris, spills, leaks, and used absorbent shall be cleaned -up and <br />removed/disposed. <br />X Vehicle and equipment operation, maintenance and repair: Vehicle and <br />equipment operation, maintenance and repair shall be conducted in such a <br />manner as to avoid contributing pollutants to the site=s stormwater runoff, <br />including implementation of the following: <br />a.
