5.4.3.3 A Description of the procedures for documenting the original locations <br /> of unknown containers; <br /> 5.4.3.4 A Description of the procedures for the safe movement and handling of <br /> containers with unknown contents; <br /> 5.4.3.5 A Description of the procedures for segregating solid waste, and <br /> hazardous wastes including an identification of how the chemicals which may be <br /> incompatible with one another will be stored on-site while an appropriate disposal <br /> location is identified. This plan should also describe procedures for securing of the <br /> containers in a manner that will prevent access by unauthorized and untrained persons; <br /> 5.4.3.6 A Description of the procedures for the safe opening, sampling, and <br /> identifying the contents of containers with unknown contents. The goal of this sampling <br /> is to obtain information for the proper packaging, manifesting, and disposal of <br /> hazardous wastes; <br /> 5.4.3.7 A contingency plan for the response to spills of liquids and solids, and <br /> releases from unknown compressed gas cylinders. The plans shall include <br /> consideration of how emergency response teams can be activated; <br /> 5.4.3.8 The procedures for transport and disposal of hazardous wastes found <br /> at the site, including provisions for notifying DTSC of proposed disposal facilities and <br /> the dates of shipment; and <br /> 5.4.3.9 A schedule for implementation of the removal to begin no later than <br /> ninety (90) days from the effective date of this Order. <br /> 5.5 Site Characterization Work Plan. Within one hundred and twenty days <br /> (120) days of the completion of the tasks described in section 5.4.3, the Respondent <br /> shall submit a Site Characterization Work Plan that reports on the actions completed <br /> pursuant this Order and describes the tasks required to complete the Site <br /> Page 11 of 25 <br />
