A safety topic shall be addressed each day <br /> from the following list: <br /> • Site Safety Plan (first day and once a week thereafter) <br /> • Fire Fighting Techniques <br /> • Defensive Driving <br /> • Decontamination <br /> • Levels of Protection <br /> • Heat Stress <br /> • Emergency Equipment on Site <br /> • Confined Space Entry Procedure <br /> • Respirator Maintenance <br /> • Self-contained Breathing Apparatus Training (if necessary) <br /> 2.4 Safety Log <br /> A safety log shall be kept for the project work site. <br /> 2.5 Eating, Drinking, Smoking <br /> Eating, drinking, and smoking shall be allowed only in the designated areas in the support <br /> L zone. No personnel may eat, drink, or smoke on-site in any other area except as permitted <br /> by the SSO. <br /> 2.6 Safety Plan Acknowledgment Sheet <br /> L All personnel visiting or working at the site shall read and certify to reading this SSP by <br /> appropriately completing the Safety Plan Acknowledgment Sheet attached to this plan. <br />
