The Fund has <br /> determined that the case warrants closure. <br /> As such, the EHD is "precluded from issuing a corrective action directive or enforcing an <br /> existing directive", with some exceptions. Therefore, the EHD directs that all field activities <br /> cease, including completion of a twenty-four-week ozone pilot study, installation of a soil vapor <br /> extraction system, and future monitoring and sampling of all wells. Submit the report of findings <br /> within thirty days of the date of this letter for the startup of the ozone remediation pilot study that <br /> was implemented at the site in June 2013; include in the report a demonstration of how the site <br /> meets the Low Threat Closure Policy criteria, the completed Table 1 - Checklist of Required <br /> Data for No Further Action Requests at Underground Tank Sites found in Appendix A — Reports <br /> Tri — Regional Board Staff Recommendations, an estimate of the residual contaminant mass <br /> and an estimate time to achieve water quality objectives. <br /> Please contact Vicki McCartney at (209) 468-9852 or by email at vmccartney(D_sicehd.com if <br /> you have any questions concerning this letter. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> eel <br /> Victoria L.
