Due care shall be exercised to ensure that contaminants <br /> are not introduced to the well during development. <br /> 4. Development of each well shall continue until the well <br /> is essentially sediment free. <br /> D. Contaminated soil and/or water disposal . <br /> 1 . Any contaminated soil or water brought to the surface <br /> will be put into 55 gallon drums and marked as follows: <br /> Hazardous Waste <br /> U.S.A.
