❑� Northwest Pipe Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plan 10 <br /> �-- Company Tracy Plant <br /> 5.2 Oil Storage <br /> 5.2.1 Type of Oil and Storage Capacity of Each Container <br /> Oils used at the Tracy Plant consist primarily of motor oils (product and waste oil), <br /> hydraulic fluid, transmission fluid, diesel fuel and unleaded gasoline. These <br /> products are stored in a variety of containers including aboveground storage tanks <br /> (500 and 300-gallon tanks), 55-gallon drums, and an onsite mobile refueling truck. <br /> Oil storage locations are shown in Figures 4.2 and 4.4. <br /> The capacities of bulk storage containers is listed in Table 5.2. All containers, <br /> including Oil-Filled Operational Equipment (OFOE) with capacity of 55-gallons or <br /> more are included in the determination of the facility's petroleum storage capacity. <br /> The mobile refueler is considered a bulk storage container, but it is exempt from <br /> sized secondary containment requirements pursuant 40 CFR §112.8(c)(2). <br /> Hydraulic unit storage tanks are each considered OFOE; appropriate containment <br /> to prevent a discharge is described on Table 5.2 OFOE locations are shown in <br /> Figures 4.5. <br /> As provided by 40 CFR §112.1(d)(2)(ii)(B) and (d)(7), the list below does not include <br /> the fuel tank on the mobile crane at this location. The fuel tank aboard this crane is <br /> exempt from secondary containment(SPCC requirements in general)due to it being <br /> defined as "motive power container" (see 40 CFR §112.2) <br />
