Annual Visual <br /> inspections are additionally documented on Appendix J. The inspections cover the <br /> following key elements: <br /> 0 Observing the exterior of the container or AST, pipes, and other equipment <br /> for signs of deterioration, leaks, corrosion, and thinning. <br /> 0 Observing tank foundations and supports for signs of instability or excessive <br /> settlement. <br />
