■ When an inhalation hazard that is immediately dangerous to life and health <br /> (IDLH) is present, an inhalation and resuscitation unit shall be available in the <br /> Decontamination Area This equipment is to be used only by CPR-trained <br /> personnel In addition, each person directly exposed to IDLH inhalation hazards <br /> shall be equipped with his or her personal inhalator and resuscitator that shall be <br /> available for immediate use <br /> ■ Eating, drinking, smoking, and application of cosmetics shall be restricted to the <br /> Clean Area, <br /> ■ All employees shall be required to wash their face and hands with soap and water <br /> before eating, drinking, smoking, or applying cosmetics, <br /> ■ Unless the risk of significant residual contamination is slight, as determined by <br /> a site-specific evaluation, change rooms and shower facilities shall be provided for <br /> the use of employees working within the Contaminated Area or the <br /> Contamination-reduction Area, <br /> ■ When necessary to safeguard health, all personnel shall be required to shower at <br /> the end of their shift before leaving the fob site <br /> lie <br /> i <br /> 9-2 REV 4192-EGI <br /> 111 r <br />
