December 22, 1994 <br /> 92-1177103.80 <br /> NORCAL Waste Systems, Inc. <br /> Attention: Mr. Larry Sweetser, Director of Regulatory Affairs <br /> Subject: REPORT - Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring - November 1994 <br /> Stockton Scavenger Association Facility <br /> 1240 Navy Drive <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Page 4 <br /> The groundwater samples were analyzed for the following constituents: <br /> ■ Total petroleum hydrocarbon as diesel (TPH-D) by Environmental Protection Agency <br /> (EPA) Method 8015M; <br /> ■ Total petroleum hydrocarbon as gasoline (TPH-G) by EPA Method 8015; and <br /> ■ Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes (BTEX) by EPA Method 8020. <br /> Analytical Results <br /> TPH-G, TPH-D, and BTEX were detected in samples collected from monitoring well <br /> MW-2. TPH-D and TPH-G were also detected in monitoring well MW-3, although TPH-G has <br /> been detected infrequently in this well. No other constituents were detected during this <br /> sampling round. Analytical results are summarized in Table 2 and copies of the laboratory <br /> report and Chain-of-Custody record are attached. <br /> Evaluation <br /> The groundwater elevations data indicate the direction of groundwater flow for the <br /> November monitoring period is towards the southwest (See Drawing 3).
