Equiva must propose the monitoring well location for Board staff concurrence <br /> prior to its installation. <br /> Board staff concurs with the Work Plan provided that Equiva responds to the above comments by <br /> 21 February 2003. Equiva may get concurrence with the proposed well location by submitting a <br /> letter with a figure showing the proposed location. By 16 May 2003, please submit an <br /> investigation report detailing the field activities and sampling results for the 10 borings and <br /> monitoring well that includes boring logs and laboratory analytical data sheets.
