Based <br /> on correspondence,Equiva is evaluating the most cost effective means of discharging the treated <br /> groundwater. Toxichem began the cost analysis in June,but Equiva has not provided the Board with the <br /> selected alternative to restart the groundwater remediation system. <br /> By 28 November 2001,please submit a technical report detailing how Equiva will restart the groundwater <br /> extraction and treatment system and meet effluent discharge limits, including an implementation schedule. <br /> We will proceed with a Notice of Applicability for the General Order for Discharge to Surface Waters of <br /> Groundwater Cleanup of Petroleum Fuel Pollution.
