The report will include: <br /> • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols <br /> • Lithologic Logs <br /> • Tabulated results of soil samples with copies of certified results <br /> • A graphical representation of soil borings locations <br /> • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed for field and laboratory work <br /> • Kleinfeldees conclusions based on the data acquired. <br /> ASSUMPZTONS AND CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> • If weather, access, or site conditions restrict our field operations, we may need to revise our fees. <br /> We would contact you for authorization, however,before proceeding with any additional service. <br /> • This proposal will be adequate to obtain authorization from the PHS/EHD.
