The PID will be calibrated daily and results of the calibration recorded on ERM's Equipment Calibration Record. The results of the monitoring levels will be recorded on an ERM Air Monitoring Form. All personnel entering the site will exit at the same location. If decontamination is necessary exiting the site will include following decontamination procedures. There must be an alternate exit established for emergency situations. The em&gency exit is to be used for emergencies only- Despite protective procedures personnel may come in contact with potentially hazardous compounds while performing work tasks.
