The Site <br /> Safety Officer is responsible for the maintenance, decontamination, and <br /> sanitizing of the personal protective equipment. <br /> Decontamination of equipment used will be as fellows: <br /> • An Alconox or Tri-sodium p osphate and water solution will be used <br /> to wash the equipment; and <br /> • The equipment will be rinsed first with tap water then last with <br /> distilled water. <br /> Each person must follow these procedures in order to ensure that <br /> potential contamination is not tr''nsferred off-site. <br /> 9. Special Procedures and Precauti6ins: <br /> Potential hazards to be aware of Ire electrical safety. Use ground fault <br /> circuit interrupters with heavy electrical equipment. The use of eye wear <br /> may restrict vision, use caution. ;Protective clothing may prevent full <br /> range-of-motion. Work/rest regia ens and replenishment of body fluids <br /> are required to reduce temperatua e-related hazards, It must be noted that <br /> removal of used and/or scrap materials that may be on site are to be <br /> disposed of immediately to reduce possible accidents. <br /> 10.
