CLEANUP AND ABATEMENT ORDER -5- <br /> LINCOLN PROPERTIES, LIMITED <br /> LINCOLN VILLAGE SHOPPING CENTER <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> a. a work plan describing the investigation and definition of off-site <br /> pollution, including a soil vapor survey along the sewer line <br /> easement west of Lincoln Village Shopping Center between McClellan <br /> Way and Benjamin Holt Drive. <br /> b. the Sampling and Analysis Plan describing the monitoring well <br /> sampling and sample custody procedures proposed to ensure ground <br /> water samples are representative and are not contaminated during <br /> handling and transport. <br /> C. the Quality Assurance Project Plan specifying the quality assur- <br /> ance/quality control procedures proposed for the ground water <br /> sampling and sample analyses. <br /> d. the Community Relations Plan. <br /> 3. Within 30 days of Board approval of the work plan described in Item 2(a) <br /> above, but in any event no later than 5 June 1992, begin conducting the <br /> off-site investigation. <br /> 4. Within 6 months of beginning the off-site investigation, but in any event <br /> no later than 4 December 1992, submit for Board approval a report <br /> compiling and interpreting the results of the off-site investigation. <br />
