As of April 1, 1998, extraction wells GEW-014A, GEW- <br /> 015A, and GEW-016A were installed (Figure 2). <br /> • Access negotiations continued with private property owners and their tenants to obtain <br /> permission to conduct RI and IRA activities on adjacent properties. <br /> • A Public Meeting was held on March 31, 1998 at the Zion Lutheran Church Social Hall, <br /> located at 808 Porter Avenue in Stockton, to provide information to the public about findings <br /> of the RI and proposed activities describe in the "Phase I Interim Remedial Action Detailed <br /> Plan, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," dated February 27, 1998; the "Draft Interim <br /> Source Area Remedial Investigation Report, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," dated <br /> February 27, 1998; and the "Proposed Additional CPT and Groundwater Monitoring Well <br /> Locations, Plume Perimeter Investigation, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," dated <br /> January 30, 1998. <br /> Data Collection and Field Activities Anticipated for April and May 1998 <br /> The following data collection and field activities are anticipated to be conducted at the Site during <br /> the next bimonthly period: <br /> Additional air samples and follow up activities will be conducted in the former Hollywood <br /> Video space in April. <br /> • Quarterly fluid levels will be measured and groundwater samples collected in May 1998. <br /> Groundwater elevation data and analytical results of these samples will be presented in the <br /> second quarter 1998 groundwater monitoring report to be submitted to the RWQCB in July <br /> 1998. <br /> • A dedicated purge pump will be removed from MW-011A, and decontaminated and reinstalled <br /> in well MW-101A before the May quarterly sampling event. <br /> Installation of Phase I IRA extraction wells and piezometers will continue through May 1998. <br /> Construction of the conveyance piping, treatment system, and temporary storage area is <br /> scheduled to begin in May 1998. <br /> CPT/PIPP borings may be installed during the next bimonthly period as part of the additional <br /> Plume Perimeter Investigation.
