Analytical results of <br /> these samples will be presented in the first quarter 1998 groundwater monitoring report to be <br /> submitted to all parties in May 1998. <br /> • The floor slab in the former Hollywood Video store will be repaired and additional air samples <br /> will be collected from inside the vacant building in February 1998. <br /> • Installation of Phase I IRA extraction wells and piezometers is scheduled to commence in <br /> March 1988. An estimated six to eight weeks will be required to complete this work. <br /> • CPT/PIPP borings will be installed as part of the additional Plume Perimeter Investigation in <br /> March 1998. <br /> Documents Submitted or Received <br /> The following documents were completed and issued during the bimonthly period: <br /> • A letter to the RWQCB regarding "Response to RWQCB's November 18, 1997 Letter <br /> Concerning `Review And Comments Regarding Recent Submittals, Lincoln Center, Stockton, <br /> San Joaquin County,"' dated December 30, 1997. <br /> • A letter to the RWQCB regarding "Additional Work at the Former Hollywood Video Store, <br /> Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," dated January 20, 1998. <br /> • The revised, draft "Proposed Phase I Interim Remedial Action Detailed Plan, Lincoln Center, <br /> Stockton, California," dated January 30, 1998, was submitted to the RWQCB for its and <br /> review and approval. (The RWQCB approved this document on February 11, 1998.) <br /> • A letter regarding "Proposed Additional CPT and Groundwater Monitoring Well Locations, <br /> Plume Perimeter Investigation, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California," dated January 30, <br /> 1998, was submitted to the RWQCB for its review and approval. <br /> The following document was received during the bimonthly period: <br /> • The tentative order from the RWQCB for waste discharge requirements to discharge treated <br /> groundwater from the proposed Phase I IRA treatment system was received on January 29, <br /> 1998.
