The document is dated September 15, 2006, and was received by the <br /> Regional Water Board via email on September 15, 2006. Your environmental consultant, LFR <br /> Inc., of Emeryville prepared the plan on your behalf. <br /> The purpose of this WP is to propose additional MIP investigation borings north of the <br /> historical source area beneath Benjamin Holt Drive. These borings will assess the need for <br /> additional air/ozone sparging wells in this area.
