This <br /> section presents a discussion of the individual elements on this schedule, which must be <br /> performed to complete the Phase V IRA. <br /> 5.1 Overview and Schedule <br /> As discussed in Section 1.2, implementation of the proposed Phase V IRA will consist <br /> of installation of 22 substrate injection and six groundwater monitoring wells, injecting <br /> approximately 15,000 gallons of food-grade emulsified oil, and implementing a <br /> comprehensive groundwater monitoring program. <br /> Pursuant to Section XI.A.4 of the Amended First Final Consent Decree, the Settling <br /> Parties and the Public Agencies (as defined in the Amended First Final Consent <br /> Decree) will have 45 days in which to object to the Proposed Phase V IRA Detailed <br /> Plan, unless an order shortening the time frame is obtained from the Court.
