The plan is a proposal for mitigation (over-excavation and removal of <br /> petroleum impacted soil) of hazardous substances which have contaminated the site <br /> from an unauthorized release associated with the former UST system located on the <br /> property. <br /> The EHD-Local UST Oversight Program has made a tentative determination that the plan <br /> is in compliance with Local, State, and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant <br /> work will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits <br /> to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the EHD, 600 E. Main Street <br /> Stockton, California, during normal working hours. (Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to <br /> 5:00 p.m). <br /> If a written request by any member of the public is not received at the EHD by <br /> 5:00 p.m. Monday, December 10, 2007, the tentative decision shall become final on <br /> that date and time. <br /> All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to, "San Joaquin County EHD, 600 <br /> E.
