SITE INFORMATION <br /> Site Description: The site is located at 1040 Moffat Boulevard in Ripon, California. The <br /> site is an active cement mixing plant. <br /> Unusual Features: Possible underground utility lines. Underground Service Alert (USA) will <br /> be called at least 48 hours prior to site work. Driller will be asked to hand auger to five feet <br /> below ground surface (bgs) if drilling near any underground utility lines. <br /> Site Background/History: One underground diesel storage tanks (UST) was previously <br /> removed. Soil under the tanks contained yap to 4,100 ,mng/l:g of TPH-as-diesel and minor <br /> concentrations of BTEX. A total of 4 soil borings were previously drilled at the site for soil and <br /> groundwater-grab sampling. Groundwater in the vicinity of the USTs contains significant <br /> concentrations of dissolved diesel hydrocarbons. <br /> Overall Hazard Level: ❑ Serious ❑ Moderate ■ Low ❑ Unknown <br /> Comments: None <br />
